MARTINSBURG—Carol Bogacz of Martinsburg has been elected as one of nine national directors of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She is a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Court Martinsburg No. 392. She was elected as a national director during the Catholic Daughters of the Americas 56th Biennial National Convention in Pittsburgh July 20-24 and was installed by Bishop David A. Zubik of Pittsburgh during Mass at St. Paul Cathedral in Pittsburgh. Voting came from Catholic Daughters in the U.S., U.S. territories, Kenya and Peru. She is a member of St. Joseph Parish in Martinsburg, and began her two-year term as a national director Aug. 20. (Read full story in our latest issue)
