Bishop Donahue’s Freshman Class Establishes Scholarship in Memory of David Beabout

McMECHEN—Bishop Donahue High School’s freshman class has established a scholarship in memory of freshman David Beabout, who passed away recently. Freshman students are currently raising money for the scholarship. On May 13, David’s birthday, the school will have a prayer service and the freshmen class will present the scholarship to the school. The students have sold over 400 shirts honoring David and the whole school will be wearing them on that day. Other schools in the Ohio Valley will be wearing Bishop Donahue colors. To donate to the scholarship, call the school at (304) 233-3850.
